I first visited Sandpoint at age 12. I knew then that Sandpoint would play a major role in my life. I graduated with a Bachelors Degree from Arizona State University and started a real estate career in Arizona in the 1970s. I now live in both Scottsdale and Sandpoint.
I have real estate licenses in Idaho and Arizona. With Russ Lyon Realty in Scottsdale I was pleased to be in the top 2 percent of the company’s 600 agents, with sales in excess of 10 million dollars per year. It has been my great pleasure to show Arizonians a “ real lake” and the lifestyle that is associated with this tremendous resource.
My specialty is residential lots. My partners and I are currently developing approximately 80 lots, from 10,600 square feet to 5-plus acres. I am happy to share what I have learned. Please give me a call.
Favorite Places
Kent’s FAVORITE PLACE: Since I was born and raised in Arizona, I so much enjoy the abundance of water that is everywhere in Sandpoint. I go up Gold Hill, a great hiking trail, almost every day. I normally go to the “first bench” where there really is a park bench where you can sit and look at Bottle Bay and over to Hope. If you are really ready for a workout you can go to the “second bench”. From there you can see forever, looking over to the Long Bridge on one side and yes there is a third bench but so far that one has eluded me. Maybe this summer!!
