I moved to the Sandpoint area in 1986 from Valley Forge, Pennsylvania. I was drawn here by the beauty and quality of life that is synonymous with Sandpoint and North Idaho. Over the years, I have enjoyed all the great benefits and amenities that Sandpoint, its people and nature has to offer; and every so often, I have had the good fortune to be able to convey this to others looking for the same, and being in Real Estate has given me the opportunity to help others fulfill their dreams. I have been in Real Estate since 2000, representing Sellers and Buyers alike with the utmost respect, loyalty and ethics. I also bring with me years of experience and knowledge of the area and all its wonders.
Favorite Places
My favorite place is on the back of my Harley Davidson motorcycle on a clear, crisp, sunny day, with my wife Yvonne riding along side of me on her Harley. Enjoying the freedom and awesome scenery that North Idaho and the Pacific NW unfolds with every sunrise, every sunset and around the next curve of the road. Traveling the back roads as they cross the quaintest of towns and meet the most interesting people, and along the way, wave at other riders that have joined in on the experience. Safety, without a doubt, is monumental in every ride, but it does not in any way diminish the joy, the thrill and exhilaration of the day. The only downside, is having to wait for the next ride.
